Are You Right for Training?

If you are currently or are interested in becoming involved in home-based primary care (HBPC) and wondering if education and training are right for you, the short answer is “yes.”

HCCI understands that every individual – from the clinician to the practice manager – plays a very specific and important role in HBPC. That’s why we tailor all of our curricula to the many unique roles within this care model.

Below are three primary tracks of HCCI’s home-based primary care training:

  • Patient care leaders, including practicing and consulting physicians, residents, fellows, nurse practitioners and physician assistants
  • Supporting clinicians, including social workers, pharmacists and physical and occupational therapists
  • Management and support staff, including practice managers, administrative assistants, team coordinators and other operations staff

For specific information based on your training path, or if you are interested in HCCI’s home-based primary care training but don’t fit into one of these groups, send us an email at education@hccinstitute.org or call (630) 283-9246.
