Why do you love house calls?

We love house calls. And, because you’re here, we’re guessing that you do, too.

HCCI wants to spread the word about this important model of care. That is why we would like to invite you to share your story. If you’re a provider or practice operations staff member, tell us why you love providing house calls and/or share a story about a special patient/family/caregiver. If you’re a patient, family member or caregiver, tell us how house calls helped make a difference in your life. Consider sharing a story about a provider or practice operations staff member who made an impact in your life.

Encourage others to share their stories with these downloadable flyers.

Why are we passionate about sharing these stories and educating health care providers on how to offer primary care in the home? Because currently only 15% of the seven million people who could benefit from house calls can access them. So, please submit your story below. We plan to share many of them in books, publications, conferences, news releases, videos, and through other media.
