This package includes a formal chart audit for up to 5 providers, with a maximum of 25 charts, performed by a Certified Professional Coder (CPC)®. The HCCI team will then provide confidential feedback, a comprehensive audit report, and customized education sessions to enhance your practice's performance and maximize revenue.
Please note this package requires execution of HCCI's Business Associate Agreement (BAA).
Once you purchase this package, a member of the HCCI team will reach out to schedule a meeting to review details and collect signature(s) on the BAA and other documents. The package is 100% refundable if you decide not to proceed with the services following that first meeting.
