Truman Schnabel House Calls Program/University of Pennsylvania

Penn Medicine, which consists of the Raymond and Ruth Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania and the University of Pennsylvania Health System, created the Truman G. Schnabel In-Home Primary Care Program. Part of the division of geriatrics, this in-home program provides complete primary care services for homebound patients on a temporary or permanent basis.
