HCCIntelligence – Hotline

Our experienced HBPC providers, practice management experts and nationally certified coders and auditors are available to answer questions and provide assistance. Hours of operation are 9:00 am–5:00 pm Central Standard Time (CST), Monday through Friday, holidays excluded. All voicemails and emails will be answered within two business days.

HCCIntelligence – Webinars

Every third Wednesday of the month, HCCI hosts a free webinar on a clinical or practice management topic relevant to home-based primary care (HBPC).  Webinars are approximately 30 minutes in length followed by an open Q&A session, “Virtual Office Hours.” Participants can submit questions at the time of registration.
