Heidi brings more than 30 years of healthcare leadership experience spanning integrated delivery systems, post-acute care, home-based care, healthcare strategy, and executive advisory services. Throughout her career, she has built and led growth initiatives, developed strategic partnerships, and helped healthcare organizations expand access to high-quality, patient-centered care.
Prior to joining HCCI, Heidi served in executive leadership at BrightStar Care, one of the nation's largest home-based care networks, where she led enterprise strategy and growth. Earlier in her career, she held executive leadership positions within integrated delivery systems and spent a decade providing strategic advisory services to healthcare organizations nationwide, partnering with executive leaders on growth strategy, care delivery, and organizational performance.
