Prior to joining HCCI, she directed a multimillion-dollar global education portfolio at the American Academy of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery Foundation, where she collaborated with physician leaders to develop innovative learning experiences that strengthened clinical practice and advanced lifelong learning. A Certified Healthcare Continuing Professional Development (CHCP) professional, Tirza is inspired by HCCI's mission and is committed to developing innovative, accredited educational programs that advance the knowledge and skills of healthcare professionals caring for patients in the home.
