HCCI Employee Orientation: Week 3

This week you’ll focus on community engagement, marketing, and outreach strategies. From storytelling to website design, this week is packed with tools to help house call programs communicate their value, grow their reach, and build strong referral networks that support practice growth. You will also be introduced to value-based care.

Learning Objectives

  • Upon completion, you will be able to:
    • Demonstrate the value of home-based care to payers through strategic communication and performance metrics.
    • Guide programs to define and communicate their unique value proposition for home-based care services.
    • Describe how to utilize marketing and outreach tools to recruit patients and build a sustainable referral network.
    • Leverage storytelling and media strategies to elevate a house call program's visibility and engage its community.
    • Advise practices in the design and assessment of key elements of their public-facing materials, including websites and marketing toolkits.

    Audience

    These online courses and educational resources are intended for physicians, advanced practice providers (NPs, PAs), nurses (RNs, LPNs), practice managers/administrators, social workers, residents/fellows, medical assistants, and other practice operations staff.
