The Illinois House Call Project: Foundations of House Calls Webinar Series

Welcome to the webinar series, “Foundations of House Calls,” designed to further equip you with the necessary knowledge and skills for successful house call operations. This 12-week, virtual, and self-paced series can be accessed through the HCCI Learning Hub™. Below is the recommended course schedule along with the estimated time of completion for each course and CME credits available to you. Please note, CME credits are granted after completing the course, post-test, and evaluation survey. After the completion of each session, please join HCCI subject matter experts for a 90-minute webinar to discuss any questions you may have regarding the course material.
